Wir sind Lisa und Friederike Wübbeler. Uns eint nicht nur ein identisches Geburtsdatum, sondern auch unsere Profession:
Als studierte Produktdesignerinnen setzen wir uns leidenschaftlich mit handwerklichen und kulturellen Phänomenen auseinander und übersetzen diese in zeitgemäße Objekte oder Installationen. Die Vielfalt von Materialien und Verarbeitungstechniken faszinieren uns ebenso wie kulturelle Gewohnheiten und Errungenschaften. Wir streben danach, diese auf erfrischende Weise anzuwenden, um physische Dinge für die Welt von heute zu schaffen.


We are Lisa and Friederike Wübbeler. We do not only share an identical date of birth, but also our profession:
As cultural designers we passionately explore crafts and cultural phenomena and turn them into contemporary objects or installations. We are fascinated by the diversity of materials and processing techniques as well as cultural achievements and the variety of traditions. We seek to apply these in refreshing and relevant ways in order to create physical things for today's world.
